Things to Listen/Watch for
  • I actually pulled a muscle trying to move his arm after his declaring "I am strong and successful."
  • Sam did not even want to even say he was weak and a failure. What do you say to yourself that does not help you become the you you want to be?
  • You can't see it in this quality video, but Sam was sweating before he finished saying (even though he didn't mean it) that he was weak and a failure.
  • I lowered Sam's arm with two fingers and zero effort after his low self-esteem declarations even though he didn't believe it.
