Magazine Evaluation
A complete market and competitive evaluation led us to overlooked opportunities which
allowed us to reposition the magazine to make it easily saleable.
Media Kit & Rate Card Revision
Since the Client was not selling on rate card, we created a realistic rate card
that was saleable. We revamped their media kit including benefits to Advertisers and
marketing research to help surmount objections.
Sales Coaching
Once these items were complete, we had several telephone coaching sessions
to review the approach and strategy using the new sales tools and repositioning.
